Journey Manager

PreviousNext

The board that tracks every journey through draft, review, approval, publish, and stop.

The Journey Manager is a board view of every journey in the workspace. Each column is a stage, and you move a journey by dragging its card. It is the operational view: what is live, what is waiting on a reviewer, and what came back with changes requested.

The columns

ColumnMeaning

ApprovedSigned off, ready to publish

StoppedPaused

Each column is searchable, which matters once a workspace has more journeys than fit on a screen.

Moving work through

The actions available on a card follow the stage it is in:

  • Send for approval moves a draft to Review. The journey needs a briefing first, and Xenia takes you to the builder if it is missing.
  • Move to draft pulls a journey back out of review.
  • Publish takes an approved journey live.
  • Stop pauses a published journey, which halts delivery.
  • Restart resumes a stopped journey.
  • Resubmit sends a rejected journey back for another review after you have addressed the feedback.

Admins can approve directly, and approve and publish in one step.

Editing a live journey

Opening a published journey warns you first: the journey is live, and any change takes effect only after republishing. Until then, the running version is whatever was published last. Editing does not pause the journey and does not affect people already moving through it.

If a live journey is doing something wrong, stop it first, then edit. Stopping is immediate, republishing is not.

Creating from the board

The board's create action opens an empty canvas in the Journey Orchestrator with no journey selected, which is the same starting point as building from scratch there.
